How do I change the output settings like resolution, bitrate, filesize, etc...?

You can customize the output settings (resolution, file size limit, audio and video bitrate, etc) of any file by clicking on the “Output” or "Audio Tracks" drop down menu to the right of the file’s thumbnail.
