The Trim/Edit feature in the DivX 11 Software allows a user to trim (remove) either the beginning and/or end of a video to remove unwanted video before converting your video. This is especially useful if you wanted to remove an outtake. This advanced feature is only unlocked with the purchase of DivX Pro 11. If you do not have DivX 11 Pro you can purchase it here.
To start trimming your videos click on the DivX Converter tab in the DivX 11 software and then drag and drop the video which you would like to trim into the DivX Converter and click the 'Edit Video' button:
Under the 'Crop' option in the 'Edit Video' window that pops up, you can grab and slide the trim markers at the beginning and/or end of the video to trim the video you want removed from your final converted video. Additionally you can click on the start and end time code to have finer adjustments for the exact trim you would like.
If satisfied with your edits you can then click the 'Save' button to go back to the Converter tab.
Now click 'Convert All' to begin converting your trimmed file.
