DivX Converter ActiveMovie Window:....

I have this problem when i am going to convert some video:

Impossible to find the ordinal 4 could not be located in the dynamic link library mc_dec_hevc.dll.

I am using the DivxX Converter 10.8.8 with Windows 7 32bit, this problem is really disturbing, becasue when i close the window it opens again many times, what is the problem?

  I discovered the problem.

  Is a conflict with the software winTV HAUPPAUGE, if i uninstall it, divx converter works correctly.

  I hope there is someone to help here and fix, also because i do not see much activity from this support
