    Possibly since 10.8.6 but now my video when converted is no longer smooth. Usually convert as Divx+ HD, 2 pass, 5.1 AC3 pass through.

    That worked until I restarted my computer then it was back to the same old problem.

    Start Menu

    Installed and reinstalled several times but dix software appears in start menu but I am unable to start the software from here and the items are greyed out.
