Video codecs DIVX installs

I think this is a question for a DIVX Software Engineer:

I believe DIVX player is based on Qt.

I too have an app based on Qt 1.5.15. When I run my app and attempt to use QMediaPlayer to render my Video in a video playback window it fails with this msg:
iCCP: cHRM chunk does not match sRGBWindowDeactivateDirectShowPlayerService::doRender:

So I install DIVX player (which seems to install the latest codecs needed by Qt 1.5.15) and then run my app and my app works.

Can a DIVX Software Engineer tell me what codecs they are using (and how they included them in their DIVX installer) so I can do that for my app ?

  Hello Tim,

  I've talked with one of our engineers: "The DivX Software does not use QtMediaPlayer (...) our UI is driven by QT but because we support a variety of codecs, some native to the OS, some we receive from 3rd parties, and some we have developed in-house, our playback stack is custom. We generally use the default renderer provided by the OS."
