Reinstall my 2014 Software

I need the Version # but have the Reg Code bought in 2014 online. I have sent multiple emails, but cannot get this information. I have tried to install up to Version 8 and nothing works. Both my HDs crashed for no apparent reason and I have reinstalled what I could. Would someone assist me please..I have an activity with you showing this information was requested when I updated my PC in 2018 and you sent me my Reg Code at that time but it will not work and now no one is responding to my emails. WTH...
