divx pro 10.8.7- when playing video problems with audio

Please tell me how to configure divx pro 10.8.7 player on windows 10 computer? When playing video accelerated, not clear sound? !!

  Does it sound like mice? is sound in DIVX format, when video plays right click on video screen hover over audio that will tell you what sound format the video is.
