No audio in DivX Player

I purchased a DivX Pro License. The DivX Pro Converter works properly.

However, recently both MP4 and DivX videos stopped playing the audio track. The same play properly with audio when opened with Windows Media Player, VLAN, Windows 10 Movies & TV, and Nero Platinum 2018 Media Home apps.

As a test I downloaded and installed the current 10.8.6 version of the DivX Player then rebooted as instructed. Still no audio heard using the DivX Player 10.8.6 while full spectrum audio plays with the aforementioned video apps.

FYI, the latest K-Lite Mega Media Codecs are also installed..

Let me know of any other system specifications are needed to resolve this issue and restore audio playback with DivX Player which heretofore was set as my Windows 10 default video app.  TIA.
