I'm sure it is old news that Mac OS 10.14 is warning that support for 32-bit applications will be limited and may stop with any new update. I don't see any definitive commitment to support on this website. Perhaps if you don't plan to support 64-bit you should simply state that or if you have a date by which you will support it you would state that and prevent any further questions.
The most popular cartoon character from the Times is a homeless reprobate with a sign that says, "THE END IS NEAR" - no one of course pays any attention.
If the poll on your website was any indication, there is virtually no interest in a 64-bit version of DIVX, however, I believe that your survey and support website are most likely a step too far for most users of your product. Unfortunately that means the message from users who see these messages pop up on their screen almost daily wouldn't lead them to your support website survey.

Hi all, we are aware of the messaging that Mojave is giving our users during install. For now the DivX Software will continue to work on Mojave. We are exploring our options for 64-bit support for future Mac OS releases. We don't have any specific timeline for you, but it is on our radar.

Clearly 32-bit DivX still works under macOS Mojave (latest incarnation at the time of writing: 10.14.5). But for how long?
I wonder why exactly a 64-bit takes so long to 'develop'. To the best of my understanding, all it requires is to click a checkbox somewhere during the compilation process...

Personally, I'm ready to uninstall DivX so that I' don't see the
“DivXUpdate” is not optimized for your Mac
messages anymore.
Once uninstalled, I'll probably forget that I ever had it. When I do need it again, I'll search online for a product, and come up with something different. It's only two or three months until the next version of MacOS is released, and the present version of DivX will become unusable anyways. In fact, today the public beta of the new MacOS Catalina was released.
The end is near! -
The time to release the 64bit version is now — I'm running the (just released) beta version of macOS Catalina (successor to macOS Mojave), and, as predicted, DivX does not work any longer (the application icon is crossed out).
So this is not a 'request' any more... it's mandatory. You guys have had a few years to compile a 64bit version. Oh, and btw, I'm not a user... I'm your customer with a valid license (which is now useless). Surely you wish people to continue to pay you money for your efforts?...

Two years ago, after I bought Divx Pro, I sent an email asking for a 64 bit upgrade. They said: We don't have any specific timeline for you, but it is on our radar. Again, 9 month ago, I read here the moron wrote: We don't have any specific timeline for you, but it is on our radar! I don't know about their radar but mine tells me I got ripped off by those clowns. Anyway, their lousy app was useless, now it's dead with macOS 10.15.
