Can't Register Purchased Divx 11 Pro program.

After starting the DivX 11 Pro I downloaded after purchase from Cleverbridge, Inc. the email indicated to "Select "DivX Pro" in the header navigation". Then nstalling it on a currently updated Windows 10 Pro Operating System, I opened the Divx 11 program and there is no "DivX Pro" in the a header navigation" for the registration anywhere on the software screen. None of the pull down menus at the upper top left include a "DivX Pro menu" option to select. So, how can I get the registration finished? I have 30 days to get this registration process completed. If that can't be accomplished in 25 days I will request a refund of my PayPal payment !

  Nach Neuinstallation kann ich Divx Pro 11 mit der gekauften Registriercode und meiner e-mail nicht mehr aktivieren, obwohl es der gleiche PC ist.
