Player Issues

I converted 1080p MP4 files to divx format using divx coverter.  I have one file that I wish to play that is 6.59GB in file size.  When I double click the file in Windows explorer, divx player opens but the video does not automatically start playing.  The pause button shows instead of play, so it appears to be attempting to play.  However, nothing happens and the application just sits with a black screen showing.  Pressing pause again makes the play arrow show with the screen remaining black.  When I press the play arrow button again, pause then shows with nothing playing on the screen.

I can get the video to start playing by dragging the video slider over to the right until I see actual video.  Once I see video, the play button then works and the video plays as expected.  This looks like a bug.  Can you guys please fix this issue?  This is basic functionality that I would expect to work.
