Problem with Forum layout

Just joined this Community but have already experienced some problem.

When I tried to edit my Profile, I get this

Can someone explain why the dialog box has moved to the lower right?  I can't even pull back the box to the center position, and that the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons CANNOT be accessed!!  What the heck!!

Same thing with the Edit post command.  On some PC screens it's fine; others not quite so.  But at least in the latter case, I can shorten the comments panes to retrieve the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons.  Not so with the Profile edit.

Can someone please help?

  Al - Are you seeing this in all browsers? I have tested in Chrome and Firefox and am unable to replicate the issue you are seeing? What is your display resolution set at?

  I use FF (v50.x.x) only esp. under XP.  Display resolution is set at 1920x1200.  I never use Chrome.

  The problem still persists and to this day I still cannot edit (and save) my profile.  UPDATE: the only way to "solve" the problem is to decrease the page magnification to access the Save button, but that makes everything (text etc.) very small.

  I have bad eyesight and would thus unwilling to decrease any page magnification unless if absolutely necessary.
