The pop up says DivX 11.11 available. Does this “free update” also include DivX pro?

  I have tried installing 11.11 free upgrade and it does not include DivX Pro, nor will it accept my registration code for the previous version.  I have asked what I need to do, and I have gotten NO reply yet and it has been nearly a week.
