DivX Plus Setup could not be launched

I have a DivX Pro installed, and I am constantly having problems with updating. Sometimes it reports one kind of error, other times another one. This was the reason for me skipping update from 10.8 to 10.9; I asked you for a standalone installer version, which worked previously, but I received no reply.

This time, for update to 10.10, it is a pop-up saying "DivX Plus Setup could not be launched". Please provide me with a standalone installer version.

  ....and the SAME problem for me. 

  Looks like DivX doesn't give a damn.

  Tadej  What antivirus software do you have installed? Some antivirus flag DivX Software as malicious preventing them from updating?
