No "Device Pane" in DivX for Mac 64-Bit

I am trying to transfer some files using "DivX To Go" on my Mac (iOS Monterey v12.5). I am using DivX Player Build 11.8.9-10052020 Mac64

In the User Guide for DivX Player it describes a (!seemingly!) very simple process for transferring DivX files to your USB as "STEP 1 Click on the Device Pane button to open the Device Pane (if it’s not already open)".

There is no "Device Pane" or "Device Pane button" in my DivX Player. Why is this?!

It is so very frustrating - All I want to do is a saving of some files to a USB so that my kids can watch them in the car while driving this Christmas. So far really unhappy with how the software simply does not match to the Software User Guide.
