DivX cannot install on Mac

I'm running Mac Catalina 10.15.4  I cannot instal the DivX package. It says "The file can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software"

  Try again; DivX 10.8.9 is 64bit and should work on Catalina and Big Sur.
