Apps can't run on windows 10 pro 1909

During installation of DIVX-pro on Windows 10 Pro-x64 1909 convert,player,and server all try to run but they all give an error

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click ok to close the application."

 

I tried reinstalling but i get the same thing, if there is no fix for this I would like a Refund

  I have no issue with installing Divx on Windows 10 Pro 1909
