Snapshot feature stopped working

Just noticed the Snapshot feature is no longer working on my DIVX player (v 10.8.6)

I have tried changing the default folder 

Have tried it with mp4, 3g2 and wmv formats and it doesn't work on any of them.

Any suggestions
