Audio level normalization while combining multiple video streams in DivX Converter

In order to achieve this feature, encoder must first detect the "audio amplitude base level" of each video stream and then adjust all audio streams to the same "normalized" sound level so playback of the combined video streams do not have a sudden increase or decrease in audio sound levels.
