Can not register purchase DivX 11 Pro

Bought DIVX 11 Pro and can not figure out how to follow the instructions. My DivxPro is not in the same place as shown in howto and is addition this is not a active section and when I click on it it just goes to full screen. I have removed to precious DIVX and reinstalled it but no difference. Also when I tried to contact support It would not let me submit it, It it got an error and try again later.
