There is no sound from my video file(s).
Please check that you have the settings changed:
- From muvee Reveal main screen, click on 'Personalize'
- Go to 'Settings' tab
- Look at the 'Audio Mix' panel, and adjust the volume slider for 'Video Soundtrack' all the way to the right
- Click on 'OK' to save your changes and preview your muvee again
If you have already performed the above steps, and still unable to obtain the audio from your video file, then we believe that your video file(s) could be embedded with Dolby_AC3, which muvee does not support it at the moment. Therefore, please try to convert the video file(s) to another format which is supported by muvee Reveal so that the audio itself gets converted as well.
You may need to acquire a media conversion program to help you in the conversion.

I am unable to add my MP3 files.
- Please download the file "MPEGLayer3.zip" from here and extract it to a temporary location.
- Upon extracting, please copy the following files to the "C:\\Windows\\System32" directory. If you are prompted to overwrite any files, please do so.
- After copying the files, execute the file "mp3reg.bat"; which will register these files on your machine.
- Lastly, launch your muvee application to verify whether you can import MP3 files from your computer.
Error Code 2343
If you are getting error 2343 that means that your installations are corrupt and you need to uninstall them completely with micorosoft installer cleanup utility which you can get here:

- Restart computer.
- Re-Install muvee Reveal and restart computer.
Please install muvee Reveal.

Installation Error: There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package
ISSUE:
During installation, error encountered: there is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finnish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
SOLUTION:
Please reinstall using the below download link following the steps below and retry:
- Uninstall all versions of muvee Reveal on your PC. (click Start -> Click 'control panel' -> click 'add or remove program' -> select muvee Reveal and click remove)
- Restart computer.
- Re-Install muvee Reveal and restart computer.
I am unable to launch my muvee Reveal program.
Please update to the latest Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

After updating, restart your computer and try launching muvee Reveal again.
