What information should I gather when contacting Support?

This tool currently runs DXDiag and the Microsoft System Information utility automatically for you, and writes their output to a folder on the desktop called "DivX Diagnostics". All you should have to do is attach the two files it outputs there to your support incident, making it much easier for our staff to assist you better.
