Why I cannot Playback DivX files on a USB Drive on my DivX Certified Device?

**Please Note** - That some DivX Certified devices do not allow playback from a USB drive and require playback from the optical drive(CD/DVD/BluRay).

If your DivX Certified device allows USB playback and you are having USB playback issues then:

Make sure to check your device user’s manual to check what type of USB it supports.

For example, if you are using a USB drive that is formatted NTFS, you could be having problems since some devices only read USB drives formatted with FAT or FAT32 data types.

If you continue to have issues, we recommend you to contact your manufacturer for further information on what type of USB formatting your device supports.
