Software updates still not working
Instead of repeatedly having to contact support for a liink to a standalone installer, why can't you let us know what is causing the problem, or better still remedy the situation.
Several times now I have been in this situation, and every time my firewall was set to allow DivXSetup (and a lot of other DivX related programs) through, my internet connection was and is stable and fast enough (100Mb/s), and Windows 10 is functioning without problems.
I am having flashbacks to when I had to uninstall one application every time I had to update another one, and then reinstalling the first again.
Please try to solve this problem for your still loyal users.

Please send us, by creating a private support ticket, the DivX Setup log file so we can verify what may be happening?
Windows 7. 8 and 10 location : C:\ProgramData\DivX\Setup\DivXSetup.log - easy way to get there is go to Start > Run > (or keyboard shortcut Win + R) and type %programdata% and hit Enter, then browse into the DivX > Setup folders. Please attach the DivXSetup.log file to your case here.
