Reinstalling on new PC after purchasing an older version

Hi there, I am reinstalling everything on a newer computer, I had lost access to my older PC due to HDD failure. I had purchased DivX Pro (v8) for Windows and not sure if/how to re-activiate my software.

I have been able to active using my code I got in my email many years ago for;DivX MPEG-2/DVD Plug-in

But not able to use my older Pro code.

Windows 7 64bit

DivX 10 installed then downloaded & installed DivX 8 via "DivX Legacy Software"

Any help would be greatly apperichated.

  Hi Mark,

  Your DivX Pro license for the older version 8 will not work with the current version 10 of the DivX Pro Software. Your MPEG-2/DVD should still be valid.

  All the features from the old version 8 are now included in the free offering of the DivX Software version 10. If you are interested in upgrading to the DivX 10 Pro, we can offer you a discount.

  Hi, I had also purchased software a while ago and switched laptops and somehow lost the invoice.

  Please assist me in getting a copy of it and the software.
